Upon arrival at the LVCC, exhibitor personnel and EAC supervisory personnel MUST check in at the EAC/Exhibitor check-in kiosks located at the entrance to C1 Hall in the Grand Concourse between North and Central Halls, or in the S1 lobby in the South Hall.
As reported in the July issue of ENews, exhibitors will have one less day to move-in into the Central Hall*. Consequently, GES will operate on a 24-hour basis on Monday, Sept. 19 and Tuesday, Sept. 20 to keep operations on schedule.

As a reminder, be sure to check both targeted in-bound freight and out-bound freight maps in the MINExpo® exhibitor manual to make sure your freight and your labor are scheduled accordingly. Exhibitors shipping their freight directly to the Las Vegas Convention Center must have it arrive on a pre-assigned date.
The International Buyer Program (IBP) organized by the U.S. Department of Commerce in partnership with the National Mining Association, will be available at MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2016 to U.S. exhibitors who want to maximize their export potential while at the show.
What kind of on-site support will show management provide to assist exhibitors and help resolve issues? The following eight MINExpo® floor managers are available to assist you on the show floor from the time you arrive for installation until you depart during move-out.
At MINExpo® 2016, security is a shared responsibility between exhibitors and show management. MINExpo® will provide security at entrance and exit doors and will have security people throughout the exhibit areas and meeting rooms. These security officers will be uniformed and easily identifiable.
The MINExpo® Online Press Room will replace the traditional paper press kits used by exhibitors at previous shows. All press kits will be furnished to the media online and paper press kits no longer will be distributed.
No child 16 years of age or younger will be permitted on the Show floor regardless of affiliation or circumstances. School-sponsored groups that have the prior consent of NMA are excluded. Child care is not available at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

For exhibitors at MINExpo® 2016, it’s good to know who will be at the show…and, later, who actually attended the show. As part of the exhibitor package, exhibitors receive a complimentary pre-show list of attendees and a post-show list of attendees. The pre-show list will be available at the end of July.
