Register for MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2021…it’s fast and easy. This page contains important registration information, including the registration categories. Please read the entire page before you register.

Badges will not be mailed. Your registration confirmation includes information on badge pick-up and registration hours. A photo I.D. along with your registration confirmation will be required to pick-up your badge.

Please note: A person must be 17 years of age or older to register for and/or attend MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2021.

General Registration: Registration fee is USD$125 until August 20, 2021. After August 20, 2021, the registration fee is USD$225. Registration includes exhibits, the Opening Session, and all technical sessions. Your registration confirmation includes information on badge pick-up and registration hours. A photo I.D. along with your registration confirmation will be required to pick-up your badge.

Registrations will be fully refunded until August 27, 2021. After August 27, 2021, all registrations will be non-refundable. There are no refunds for “no shows.”


Spouse/Guest Registration: Registration fee is USD$125 until August 20. After August 20, 2021, the registration fee is USD$225. Registration includes exhibits, the Opening Session, and all technical sessions. Visa information is found here. If a Letter of Invitation is needed for a visa, it may be requested during the registration process. Once registration is complete, the Letter of Invitation will be sent by email. Your registration confirmation includes information on badge pick-up and registration hours. A photo I.D. along with your registration confirmation will be required to pick-up your badge.

Students/University Professors: Registration fee is complimentary and includes exhibits, Opening Session, and all technical sessions. As part of the registration process, you will need to upload an image of your current school I.D. Your registration confirmation includes information on badge pick-up and registration hours.  A photo I.D. along with your registration confirmation will be required to pick-up your badge.


Working Press: Registration fee is complimentary and includes exhibits, the Opening Session, and all technical sessions. Working press includes reporters, editors, and photographers. As part of the registration process, please be prepared to upload press credentials. Press badges may be picked up in the Press Room, N245, and your confirmation includes the registration hours. Press credentials must be presented to pick-up your badge. Please register early to be included in a list of working press attending MINExpo® that will be distributed to exhibitors for their use.

Advertising representatives and sales staff are not considered Working Press and must register in the General Registration category (see above) and pay the registration fee.

Matchmaker Program with Exhibitors

MINExpo INTERNATIONAL 2021 offers an online Matchmaker Program that helps you find the exhibitors with the products and services of interest to you. As part of the registration process, you will see a list of products and services at the show. Please indicate the products and services that are of interest to you. Your confirmation will include a link to your dashboard with a list of the exhibitors that match the products and services of interest to you.  As additional exhibitors are added, your list will be updated. The Matchmaker Program is one tool to help you learn about the exhibitors prior to the show and will help you to use your time efficiently during MINExpo.

Note: IRC section 162 allows an employee to deduct expenses incurred for education to maintain and improve professional skills as an ordinary and necessary business expense.
