Making the Most of the Large Exhibit—
Succeeding at MINExpo

The workshop will discuss proven plans and ideas to better coordinate show and marketing efforts, maximize show performance, leverage show activities for all stakeholders, and plan and execute measurement and evaluation. Topics include:

  • Product presentation strategies
  • Exhibit attraction ideas
  • Coordinating pre-, at-, and post-show marketing
  • Start the post-show measurement plan before the show

Optimize and Measure Return on Investment
From Exhibiting at MINExpo

This session will present current research that substantiates how MINExpo can accelerate your sales and enhance your brand. Using MINExpo data, the session will also demonstrate newly developed web-based tools that exhibitors can use to:

  • Calculate level of investment required (number of staff, exhibit space required) to reach potential audience on a cost-effective basis
  • Identify and control factors that have the biggest impact on exhibit performance
  • Measure reach and staff performance to identify strengths and weaknesses of exhibit
  • Measure potential ROI from leads generated at the show

This session will focus on companies with smaller exhibits and on ways to successfully compete for visitor attention and interest. It will address key ideas of exhibit and graphics design, staff preparation, product presentation guidelines, key show objectives development, and planning for post-show follow-up.
