Extend Your Reach at MINExpo®—Hold a Press Conference


Part of optimizing your participation in MINExpo® is taking advantage of the trade, business and electronic media that will attend. Meeting with reporters, editors and photographers is an excellent way to extend the reach of your company and your products.

Exhibitors are encouraged to hold press conferences during the show. There are easy ways to do that. The first is to sign up for the complimentary press conference room that is available to all exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis. The form to reserve the room can be found in the Marketing Manual section of your On-Line Exhibitor Manual. Using this option, all media attending the show will have the opportunity to learn of your press conference and attend.

If you prefer to hold a press conference only for media that you invite, you can sign up for a complimentary meeting room. Again, the form to reserve a meeting room can be found under the Marketing Manual tab in your On-Line Exhibitor Manual.

A list of all press conferences will be made available to the media and will be posted on the MINExpo website. Press conferences for invited media only in a meeting room will not be posted on the MINExpo website or in the press room.
