Ready to Book Rooms? Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority is the official agency to make your hotel reservations
Remember that the blocks of rooms set aside at 13 hotels for MINExpo® attendees are being processed exclusively through the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). MINExpo has worked diligently to secure a sufficient number of rooms, at competitive rates, for MINExpo attendees at convenient hotels. With the exception of the Las Vegas Hilton and The Renaissance, which are within walking distance of the Convention Center, all of the hotels will be served by the MINExpo shuttle bus, making it easy for you to get to and from the show. Companies other than the LVCVA may contact you regarding hotel rooms for MINExpo. However, the blocks of rooms reserved for MINExpo attendees are not being processed by these companies. We greatly appreciate your support of MINExpo by booking your hotel rooms through LVCVA—the official booking agency.
