New On-line Exhibitors Manual Contains All the Information You Need
and is Easy to Navigate
The new on-line Exhibitors Manual, which is now on the MINExpo® website under the Exhibitor Services tab, gives you a one-stop source for all the information to need to have a successful exhibit experience at MINExpo® INTERNATIONAL 2008.
The on-line manual replaces the three-ring binder that was used in past shows.
All of the information and forms that you are accustomed to using are conveniently grouped into tabs on the left-hand margin of the first page, titled Welcome to MINExpo’s new On-Line Exhibitor Manual. Great care was taken to make the manual easy to navigate.
The Table of Contents contains convenient hyperlinks that immediately connect you to any page in the manual. A click of the mouse will get you quickly to each page, and imbedded in many pages are links to specific tasks like exhibitor registration and securing hotel reservations.
For example, to order services from any of the official MINExpo® contractors click on the Official Contractors tab where you’ll find an alphabetical listing of suppliers. Then, you can order services on-line (if offered by the vendor) or download a PDF order form. Some on-line ordering services—for example registration and GES—have a log-in requirement to assure secure ordering and payment arrangements. If you need assistance logging into these links, contact the specific supplier.
