What will be the biggest and best MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® ever is now taking shape. It will take place on Sept. 24-26, 2012, in Las Vegas, Nevada, and will be a “must see” event for professionals in the mining industry.
We already know that exhibit space sales have surpassed — by a significant margin — sales at any previous MINExpo show at a comparable pre-show date. This tells me that our industry is ready to show off the proven products, services and technologies that have served our dynamic industry so well for so many years, along with an array of new products as well.
I’m excited about what is certain to be an extraordinary event, bringing together — in one place at one time — all of the most important professionals in the mining industry and in the industries that serve mining.
I want to personally thank you for your untiring support of past MINExpos and your commitment to MINExpo® 2012. The challenges to the mining industry continue apace, and one of the ways we meet those challenges is to continue producing the cutting-edge products, services and technologies that improve productivity, enhance safety, and maximize profitability in a highly competitive industry.
MINExpo® is many things. It is an enormous display — the world’s largest — of mining equipment and supplies. It is a meeting place for old friends and new friends.
