Ascend Media is the official vendor for all MINExpo INTERNATIONAL^® 2012 directories—the printed directory, which will be distributed at the show, and the online directory that can be accessed via the MINExpo^® website. In addition, Ascend will be the vendor for the app that will be available free for mobile devices.

Inviting customers to your exhibit at MINExpo^® just got easier. National Mining Association (NMA), MINExpo’s organizer, is pleased to offer Invite A Customer^® Premium program a service available through CompuSystems, the show's registration company. Invite A Customer^® is an easy way to create and launch email campaigns to get your customers to MINExpo and into your booth.

When you are an exhibitor at a major show like MINExpo^®, you don't want last-minute surprises. So it makes a lot of sense—with the show only a few months away—to review the rules and regulations pertaining to your exhibit.

As part of the exhibiting package for MINExpo^®2012, each exhibitor receives a complimentary pre-show and post-show registration list. The complimentary pre-show list will be available in mid-July and exhibitors will receive an email with instructions for accessing the list. The post-show list will be available shortly after MINExpo ends.

International exhibitors and attendees to MINExpo INTERNATIONAL^® 2012 should be mindful that they may need a visa to enter the United States. And visas can’t be obtained in a day—they take time.

All exhibitor personnel are required to register for MINExpo^® online—and there’s a very good reason for this requirement: it avoids all the hassle of trying to register onsite at the time of the show, and it allows compliance with security regulations which require identification during installation of the exhibit.

We want MINExpo^® to be a great experience for all exhibitors – large and small, regardless of the product or service you are offering. So, a Good Neighbor Policy will be fully in effect during the show.

As an exhibitor, you will have a significant presence at MINExpo INTERNATIONAL^® 2012. You can increase that presence greatly by also being an advertiser or a sponsor.

As a MINExpo^® exhibitor, you undoubtedly would like to have a one-stop source for all information related to your exhibiting experience at the show.

MINExpo INTERNATIONAL^® 2012 will be an appealing blend of activities that will be productive for exhibitors and informative and entertaining for attendees.

Exhibit space reserved for MINExpo INTERNATIONAL^® 2012 on September 24-26 now exceeds 800,000 square feet. More than 1600 exhibitors will display their cutting edge products, services and technologies during the three-day event at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
