For Everyone’s Benefit, Keep Your MINExpo® Activities On-SiteMINExpo® 2008 is working very hard to maximize attendance at the show—for the benefit of all exhibitors. That’s why there is a prohibition against any exhibitor sponsoring an activity outside of the Las Vegas Convention Center during show hours that would take attendees away from the show. This prohibition is stated under the Terms & Conditions of your Application & Contract for Exhibit Space (paragraph 3). So if you are planning an off-site reception, hospitality function or meeting, please remember to schedule it either prior to or after official show hours.
