MINExpo® 2008 Attendee Lists Coming to Exhibitors Free of Charge


Knowing prior to MINExpo® 2008 who will be attending and, following the show, who actually attended can be useful to exhibitors.

That’s why we provide a complimentary pre-show list of individuals that have registered for the show. It will include mailing addresses and email addresses if we have been given permission to include that information.

The list will be sent to exhibitors by July 21.

After the show, exhibitors will receive a complimentary list of actual attendees with the same information.

Customized lists may be purchased at any time from CompuSystems, the MINExpo registration firm. Information is in the Exhibitor Manual that is posted in the Exhibitor Services part of the MINExpo web site.

Exhibitors are encouraged to use the MINExpo email template to send a personalized message to any of your constituencies—customers, prospects, dealers or distributors. We provide the template and you drop in your company name, logo and a brief message. The template is available now by sending an email to minexpo@nma.org and requesting the MINExpo template.
