Exhibitors Can Boost MINExpo Attendance Through Distribution of Complimentary Direct Mail Brochures
Promoting attendance at MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2008 is an important part of the job of making the show the largest and most effective in the world. One of the ways we do that is to produce direct mail attendance promotion pieces that are distributed widely to prospective attendees.
And, as we have done in the past, National Mining Association (NMA) again will make available to all exhibitors complimentary copies of the attendance promotion pieces in quantities sufficient to mail to your primary constituencies—your customers and prospects.
There will be a number of attendance promotion pieces produced in the months leading up to the show. As each piece is produced, you will receive an email with a copy of the brochure for your review. At that time, you may determine if you want to take advantage of the complimentary copies.
Here's how it works:
- You simply can tell us the quantity you need, we will ship them to you, and you can handle the mailing to your customers and prospects.
- Or, you can provide NMA with your mailing lists and we will handle the mailing for you. Your mailing list will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
- Or, you can work directly with the mailing house by providing your list to them.
To provide NMA with your mailing list, please contact Moya Phelleps at NMA via email at mphelleps@nma.org or call (202) 463-2639. Please provide your lists to NMA by November 30, 2007. Or, if you would like to provide your list directly to the mailing house, please contact Moya and she will provide you with the information to contact the mailing house.
The partnership between NMA and MINExpo exhibitors to promote attendance has been an effective way to maximize attendance and ensure that the key decision-makers and buyers attend the show.
