MINExpo® Housing Opening Soon

The Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority (LVCVA)—MINExpo’s official housing supplier—will provide an on-line reservation system which will open by the end of the year. Exhibitors will be alerted via email when the housing site is officially open.

All exhibitors are reminded to book their hotel reservations in the official MINExpo housing block managed by LVCVA.

If you receive an offer from another agency posing as the official agency, please disregard it.

Booking rooms outside the official housing block opens the Association to cancellation and attrition penalties that can be financially burdensome. Additionally, booking outside the official hotel block may result in additional expenses for your staff—namely transportation to/from the Convention Center from hotels that are not served by MINExpo shuttle buses.
