MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® 2008 Attendee RegistrationThere Are Three Easy Ways to Register:
This page contains important REGISTRATION information as well as policies regarding CONFIRMATION/CHANGES and CANCELLATION/REFUND. Please read the entire page before you register. Registration CategoriesGeneral Registration: Includes exhibits and all conference sessions. The General Registration fee is $200. Registrations received after September 5, 2008 will be held at the Self Pre-Registration Counter in Las Vegas. To register, click here. Spouse/Guest Registration: Includes exhibits and all conference sessions. Spouses and Guests interested in visiting the show should register as a General Registrant. MINExpo does not offer a special registration fee for spouses and guests. The General Registration fee is $200. To register, click here. Students/University Professors: Includes exhibits and all conference sessions. Registration is complimentary for all Students and University Professors. Badges will not be mailed. It will be necessary to present a current school I.D. at the Assisted Registration Counter along with your registration confirmation to receive your badge and tickets on-site at the Las Vegas Convention Center. If the registrant plans to attend Special or Guest events, purchase of appropriate tickets is required. To register, click here. Working Press: Includes exhibits and all conference sessions. Working Press includes reporters, editors and photographers. Working Press are entitled to complimentary registration. Advertising representatives and sales staff must register and pay the General Registration fee. Follow General Registration instructions above. Working Press registrants are required to register on-line. Press credentials must be presented at the Press Room in the Las Vegas Convention Center to receive your registration badge holder. If the Press registrant plans to participate in the tours, purchase of appropriate tickets is required. Exhibitor Registration: Please see the EXHIBIT SERVICES section of the web site. International Business CenterMINExpo is pleased to offer an International Business Center for exhibitors and international attendees. Services include translators, meeting rooms, U.S. Department of Commerce International trade experts and a lounge area. Confirmation/ChangesWeb registrants will receive immediate registration confirmation which will contain an official registration ID # along with confirmed payment information. Registrants who register by mail or by fax will receive a confirmation via e-mail once the registration is processed. Please verify all information received. Contact the MINExpo Registration Desk,with all badge changes on or before August 29, 2008. Any badge changes after August 29 must be made on-site in Las Vegas. Note: Changes to badges that have already been mailed cannot be made unless the original badge is returned, including substitutions. All badges and event tickets will be mailed after August 1, 2008. Cancellations/RefundsSubstitutions for registered attendees may be made at any time prior to August 29, 2008. After August 29, 2008, substitutions must be processed on-site. Cancelled registrations and ticket orders will be refunded, less a 25% processing fee, until August 29, 2008. After August 29, 2008, all registrations and ticket orders will be non-refundable. Badges and/or tickets received must accompany the cancellation request. Please send substitutions and/or cancellations in writing to MINExpo INTERNATIONAL® All badges and event tickets will be mailed after August 1, 2008. FEDERAL EXPRESSRegistrants interested in having their badges sent via Federal Express may fill in their Federal Express account number in the space provided. Please note, we can accept Federal Express account numbers only. No charges will be made to credit cards for this service. Registration packets processed with incorrect Federal Express numbers will be sent via regular mail. Soliciting or Selling by Non-Exhibitors ProhibitedSolicitation or selling of products or services by non-exhibiting suppliers is strictly prohibited on the exhibit floor and in seminar sessions. Violators will be removed and admission credentials will be confiscated. NO refunds of admission fees will be made, and violators will not be admitted to attend future MINExpo INTERNATIONAL events. This policy will be strictly enforced. ChildrenNo child under 17 years of age will be permitted on the Show floor regardless of affiliation or circumstances. School-sponsored groups that have the prior consent of NMA are excluded.
